Manns  Bill

Mr. Manns has more than 25 years of business development, leadership and information technology consulting experience. Mr. Manns is President and CEO of ACPI, Associated Computer Professionals, Inc, a Richmond based Information Technology consulting and network integration company. He developed and operated a software training facility; developed and operated a computer, peripheral device and electronics diagnostic and service facility, and the main business consists of information technology staffing and network integration functions. Customers have included serving the Department of Defense, corporate and small business clients, Virginia state government and local government agencies. Prior to ACPI, Mr. Manns was employed as a Philip Morris Computer Analyst specializing in the area of warehousing, inventory management, and manufacturing applications and a Systems Developer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Mr. Manns has been a BDPA member since the early 1990’s and served as President of the Richmond Chapter during the period 2001-2003.
