Ernesto V. Sampson, Financial Advisor, graduated from Virginia Military
Institute with a B.A. in Economics and Business. He also holds an academic
certificate in Financial Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ernesto
was an All-American boxer at VMI and in the top 10% of leadership his sophomore,
junior, and senior years. Ernesto has been a financial advisor since 2000, and
with Merrill Lynch since 2005. Ernesto is a native of Suffolk, Virginia and
spends his free time volunteering for non-profit and charitable organizations.
He is an active member of the VMI Club of Richmond, Richmond Leadership Network,
Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Richmond, and Virginia Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce.
His practice serves a select group of families and individuals who have
entrusted him to provide solutions to accommodate the challenges and
opportunities presented by wealth. His holistic approach is based on the
principle that each individual with whom he works is unique. His task is to
design solutions reflecting this fact, while delivering a disciplined
consistency to their implementation. Unique design and consistent operation are
his goals.
