Project Management Tips: How to Be a Good Project Manager
Brenda Thomas is an IBM Certified Project Manager with over 20 years of management experience. She has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Grambling State University (Grambling, Louisiana) and a MBA from Averett University (Richmond, Virginia). Brenda is currently working as a Project Management Consultant with COMSYS.
Brenda is a native of northeast Louisiana and currently resides in Glen Allen, Virginia. She enjoys working with her church, reading, and shopping as well as visiting her nieces and nephews throughout the country. This presentation will focus on:
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Team-building skills
