Mr. Manns will present information about the $100 laptop computer that is currently being manufactured and distributed to school aged children around the world. The non-profit organization, One Laptop Per Child, sees this as a critical step in eradicating poverty. New technology ideas intrigue Mr. Manns and over the past year, he sought to learn more and to share knowledge gained about OLPC, and Open Source systems with BDPA Richmond.
